White Fields is a producer and part packer of white and brown mushrooms, deals in a wide variety of mushrooms and is a regular supplier to Retail in Germany. In recent years, the organization has experienced great growth, making the current mode of operation inadequate. Currently, White Fields uses a variety of office applications for its supply chain processes. In the future, business processes will be supported by SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition.
White Fields invited us to their facility in Wankum. They showed us around the cells and told us about the innovations they apply in growing mushrooms. We interviewed co-owner Paul van den Berg and Quinso project leader Jan Tielemans, and also captured beautiful atmospheric images.
