SAP Project Manager

What you will do

You will be part of our Project Management team where you will interact with very knowledgeable and enthusiastic colleagues.

• As SAP Project Manager, you will support our many SAP projects in project management from large to small, across our entire SAP portfolio, during all project phases.
• You will be involved in planning, commissioning, designing, building, testing, training and implementing our various products and will be responsible for preparing the project plan, project budget and operational schedule.
• You will work closely with our clients, partners and consultants to achieve milestones in a timely manner and pursue the right outcome
• You will simultaneously manage several projects with tight lead times on delivering deliverables on time and within budget and scope
• You will also be (co-)responsible for managing and reporting project progress, budget, risk and quality to stakeholders and team members.
• In doing so, you will strive for high customer satisfaction and look ahead for ways to strengthen our relationship with the customer.
• In doing so, you have the qualifications, business and relational acumen to identify risks and challenges early and manage them in close collaboration with your stakeholders and team members.
• You have knowledge and experience in change management and derive satisfaction from bringing and guiding the client in our approach and solution.
• You evaluate complex challenges and translate them into viable solutions that create a successful outcome for the client.

What we ask

• HBO/WO working and thinking level
• Hands-on mentality
• You have experience in a leadership role as a team lead or project manager on SAP implementations preferably in the supply chain/manufacturing/manufacturing and/or wholesale industries
• You have participated in multiple SAP implementations from start to finish
• You can easily switch between different activities in a rapidly changing environment
• You have good knowledge of project management tools, methodologies and best practices.
• You are skilled in solving complex problems by translating and organizing the question in a simple way
• Your functional affinity is well established and you can quickly and well translate the needs of the client or your fellow consultants into the necessary actions.
• Service-oriented, committed and driven to want to achieve the best for customers, down-to-earth and professional idiot, typify our culture and are words that characterize you.
• Strong relational and communication skills
• Your oral and written skills in Dutch and English are excellent.
• You are a team-player who is also able to operate independently.
